I have been to LAD twice. My first experience was not good because I felt that the tech was so busy that she did not take the time to even breathe normally. Everything she did, she did in a hurry and somewhat clumsily.
However, on my second trip there, Jennifer, the CT scan tech, was amazingly calm, centered, professional, and dignified. In turn, she treated me with dignity. She answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt like I could go there again because I was treated with the dignity that all humans deserve.
I also like the interior decor in the waiting lounge, although it was crowded. The testing rooms/areas were also hued with dark brown wood/veneer, which were pleasing to the sight.
The front desk staff need to be a little more pleasant to people when they come in.
All in all, after my second trip there, I give LAD a positive. They were even better than Florida hospital, Deland, where I used to get my CT scans, and is much more convenient in terms of location.
