Review content:
My Daughter and I went to HPR a couple of weeks ago to have a security system put in her car, We have had 2 vehicle break-ins in the last month on our street and we didnt want to risk her new car. I must say that they did do a wonderful job of installing the system, however that is not why I am writing this review. The reason I am praising them publicly is due to the fine customer service we recieved shortly after the job was done. My daughter called me from work frantic one day telling me that her car would not start. So the first thing that I could think was that the alarm was having something to do with it. Her work is all the way in college park. When I called HPR to tell them the problem, they immediately called her and tried to solve the problem over the phone. When all attempts of fixing the problem over the phone failed, The technician actually drove all the way out to her work and was able to fix the problem for her. and the worst part is that it wasnt even related to anything that HPR did, she had a dead battery.(my daughter is a typical blonde) And luckily they brought along a battery jumper box to start the car. I have dealt with alot of organizations in my life but for a company to go out of there way (at rush hour) says a whole lot about how much they value there customers.
