I arrived today just to have my rear window on my truck tinted....simple quick job right? wrong. Got there around 4 and was told they would take care of it for $50.00. Gave them my keys, signed the forms and decided to wait. An hour later my truck hasnt moved. I asked the girl behind the counter what was the status and she wasnt sure. So i guess in an effort to humor me she moves my truck into he garage next door. Another hour goes by and still no truck. I asked her again, what was the status and she said i was the next car. So, like an idiot i decide to wait. I have invested 2 hours of my time already so what the hell right. after another 30 minutes i step outside and see 3 guys sitting in the garage chit chatting. I asked the one guy, ""did you get to my truck yet?', His reply...""oh dude, not yet."" I told him to bring my s@#% out and im gone. The worse part is that the staff seems to be oblivious to the time of their customers. Maybe some of you have had good experienences but i dont know how they are in business if they are this slow. The was also a woman in the shop getting her tint done and she said she had been there for 4 hours! When she finally got her car she wasnt all that happy with the job and was complaining about some streaks and bubbles. it was explained to her they would go away but i think she had invested so much of her day the she just said screw it and left. I got my Lexus done at Tint Man in Glen Burnie and they are great. They are very busy so you have to make an appointment but once you do it only takes 35 minutes for them to do a wagon. Unless you have a full day to waste, i suggest you go somewhere else.
