Review content:
I've had one experience from hpr. None has been good. I had a hefty amount of work put in my car back in December. It was all brutally overpriced. I had the eibach pro kit lowering springs and sway bars put in along with hid headlights and an exhaust. I'll start of on a good note. The exhaust is okay, a bit of a hack job but i'm content with the exhaust, it sounds nice just a little low quality in that when they didn't have a perfect fit they just puttyd and welded to cover it. I should have just bought the bolt on instead of paying more for a ""custom job."" The hids are decent. They are pointed downward too much and when they were first put on they 'forgot' to install the high beam part of it like I paid for. I almost drove away without them done correctly. Here is where the problems start. First off it took a full day from 8AM to dark when we left. After the work was 'done' and we had all paid my father and I walked outside to the car to find that the springs weren't even put on, the girl at the counter insisted they were on. Until we brought her outside and she said ""they must have just forgotten"" so we waited another 2 hours. Hardly lowered even then. I measured and the drop in the back was correct 1.8"" but the front still has no drop when it's supposed to have a 1.6"" drop (I'm heading up there tomorrow). As for the sway bars, the sway bars they installed have been rubbing and smashing against the control arm of the front of the car, it has completely destroyed the bushings of the control arm and now the entire arm has to be replaced. This problem could have been prevented if they put the links that came with the sway bar kit on the car but I guess they 'forgot' because when I took the car back the second time they told me they would buy links and it would be $140. I took my car to mr. tire to confirm all this and i will be heading down to hpr tomorrow to get all this straightened out. Basically from my hellish experience, stay away from hpr. They are scam artists.
