Review content:
I went to Grapevine on a hunch after seeing so many people leaving the shop with great hair. I'm so glad I followed my hunch!!! My appointment was with Katie who is an EXCELLENT stylist and pays close attention to what the customer wants and also makes suggestions based on face shape/lifestyle/hair texture...etc.... The person I had been seeing made my color too dark, so Katie fixed that and she also gave my hair more style and shape by cutting more layers in and fixing my bangs. She gives helpful hints on hairstyling...both Katie and Jen really want you to be able to look greate every day and not just the day you leave the salon. I have received so many compliments on my hair since my first appointment. I am so impressed with Katie's professionalism and knowledge. Jenn is also an excellent stylist, you'd be in very capable hands with either one. I have found my hair home!!!
Pros: close to home, excellet skill/knowledge
Cons: no cons that I can think of. The place is AWESOME.
