I took my car there for an inspection and the first thing the repair man said was that he didn't want to fix my car because it wasn't worth it. I get his point, but that is NONE of his business. If I choose to fix my car, than that's my decision, not the repair man. Number 2, after I gave them a deposit to fix the vehicle, they told me something else was wrong with the car and that they would need ANOTHER deposit to fix it. They've taken over a week to work on my car, after I was told it would only take a day. I get that this is a business, but businesses are nothing without customers. It seems the owners are money hungry, and perhaps should relocate to a wealthier part of the city and stop ripping off people in low income communities. I will NEVER do business EVER again with this shop. I at least hope that they get new management or training on customer service. Disgusted....
