Review content:
I can't speak for other's experiences, but I received unprofessional service. I brought the car in for one problem, I was charged for them fixing something else. After informing them that I did not need or ask for what they had done, the owner insisted that they had a right to charge me anyway. He said I should pay or else they would take the car in the back and reverse all they had done.
I talked it over with him for a while and he eventually agreed that I could pay the originally agreed upon price. I get the car back, and THEY HADN'T FIXED ANYTHING. They hadn't fixed it (actually, they had made the problem worse) and had the audacity to charge me twice what we had agreed upon.
Maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe it was price gouging for terrible service. All I know is there are plenty of auto repair shops nearby, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
