never EVER go to ONE STOP auto on greenmount ave. They gave me an estimate for 360 used coil, then called me back to tell me about my brakes. So they quoted me 800 for that. I walked out spending 2000. After they refused to release my car nor let me see it. At the same, several other customers were refused to see there cars. One customer called the police...at that time we asked to speak to them. They said they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. The police was called twice after this. One of those times the owner demanded I be arrested for disorderly conduct for asking to see my car. He was very rude and nasty. And told his staff not to tell me anything about MY CAR. After calling fox 45, and being ignored and disregarded. I thought i just would sign this contract and sue them. But readers beg you not to go there. My car is still jerking and the owner so nicely said they will look at it. Smdh. Btw. I'm sorry if you don't feel this is a good story but I Do. People should know about this before getting ripped off
