We loved our neighborhood and longtime neighbors in beautiful North Baltimore County and our big lot, and did not want to move. But we desperately needed more room for the new baby and a home office. We looked at other houses it would cost us $200,000 more to get what we wanted so we could not move. So we drew up a possible floor plan to add to the house. We talked to 10 contractors about making us into a 2 story house. 8 of them said they could not do it . The 9th said they could not do the floor plan we wanted. The 10th was G and E and they could do it. They really cared and made a professional effort to please us and made clear it was a major time taking project. They detailed the process and the estimated time it would take. It did take time, but it was beautiful when completed and when people see it they can`t believe it was n`t always a 2 story colonial house. They even matched our original siding and stone and thought of touches we never even thought of. THEY ARE THE BEST.
