Businiess name:  Bird's Store

Review content:
I have been going to Bird’s my whole life, 40+ years. From the minute you open the door, which I must add is EXACTLY as it has been for the past four decades, to the first steps inside, you are brought back in time; the creaky floors, the aroma, the idle chatter of locals discussing the daily buzz and some friendly banter between customers and staff. It all adds to a welcomed trip back in time to when, in my eyes, things were better. Their selection and knowledge of cigars is pretty extensive, and their prices are right on mark. They also have a large selection of hookahs and all the fix’ns for those of you into that. The greeting card rack and the toys look timeless. I can remember riding my bike there with my allowance just to buy the latest balsam airplane or plastic parachute army man. The only thing missing is the penny candy case and Roger behind the counter. Some days he was in a good mood and you could go behind the counter and get your own candy, and other days, not so happy… While some change has taken place, Bird's continues to stand as an icon at the center of town, quietly and proudly serving her neighbors. Pros: Great Staff, Cigars & Atmosphere
