Review content:
We had a terrible experience last time we visited this Jiffy Lube. The employees are lazy, rude, aggressive, hostile (overall emotionally unstable), and possibly mentally retarded (literally). It seems that this place will give any wacko a job. We have been loyal customers for a long time now, and I can't believe that I've been paying so much money for the abuse. I will never go back there, and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I suggest everyone that has a proper complaint do the same. It sounds like this is a common problem at this location. Hopefully someday everyone else will realize and they'll loose the business.
