I will NEVER ever go to Jaxsons again. I asked to sample a flavor, they said no samples... So I got banana berry ice cream and it was not good. I asked to exchange it and they said, NO EXCHANGES. So I asked for the manager who rudely said, no taste test and no exchanges, thats our policy. If you dont like banana ice cream then dont get banana icecream!" I said, "wow, all i am asking for is to exchange it for something that I will like and you just lost a great customer!" The manager said, "Thats what everyone says when their mad, we dont care. We have plenty of customers and we dont care if we lose you. Goodbye and leave!"\r

Never have i been treated so poorly. This place is run by terrible hearted people!!!
