While I respect the opinions offered here - I can't please everyone, nor will I try - I do not see why there is the need to lie about the experience as basis for you not liking the treatment rendered. By way of example, here are just a few things written below that I know for a fact never happened or aren't true.
""I have government issued insurance (medicaid) so he felt that b/c the gov was paying for it then he didn't have to help me as if he would with someone with their own ins.""
Whether or not you have Medicaid has no bearing on your treatment. In fact, 95 percent of my patients have Medicaid, and a vast majority like the treatment they received. Boom. Roasted.
""pulled and prodded! yanked, twisted banged on my tooth!!! ""
Well, that's how you take a tooth out. Except for the banging. That never happened. So, boom. Roasted. Again.
""I screamed so loud my sons ran in there and went off on the dentist. I mean screaming went off on him. When it was all done I went to tell the dentist a few things and he was no where to be found. Like he ran away!""
Uh, no. No sons running in the room screaming. No running away. Pretty much all made up. Boom. Roasted. Part 3 - in 3D.

In everyone's defense, I will admit to being impersonal. My advice? Be nice. It's better for everybody.
