I got feathers installed around mid June and within an hour of having them in my hair, THEY ALL FELL OUT. and one of them even fell APART. It totally wasn't worth my $40 or 10 minutes that it took to put them in. I will NEVER be stepping foot into this place again! STEER CLEAR. Spare yourself.
