Review content:
Ordered take-out and ended up throwing the three main dishes into the trash. The dishes were Orange Beef, Wok-seared Lamb, and Chang's Spare Ribs. The Lamb was totally unrecognizable as looking like lamb or tasting like anything at all, let alone lamb. It was completely tasteless, overcooked, dried out and looked as if it had been sitting for a day or two. We wondered if it was really lamb. \r

The Orange Beef was also dried out, no sauce to speak of and it looked very unappetizing. It was completely tasteless.\r

Same with the ribs.\r

The only saving grace was the Wonton Soup and Hot and Sour Soup, as well as the Harvest Spring Rolls.
Pros: Good soup and spring rolls
Cons: Dried out lamb and orange beef
