My husband and I used to live in the neighborhood and would come by all the time. After we moved, it became more of a trip, but we went out there last night. I could not have been more disappointed. \r \r We got there and the place was full, so we had to wait for a table. Nothing wrong with that. But after we were seated, we were virtually ignored the rest of the night. There was a waiter and a waitess in charge of 13 tables, and while it was busy when we got there, it definitely slowed to the point where we shouldn't have received the treatment we did. \r \r Two other tables had their orders taken before someone even approached our table, and even then, it wasn't a member of the waitstaff, it was the woman who works the cash register. We didn't get silverware until the waiter dropped off my egg roll and realized we didn't have any, and even then, the trip to the counter ten feet away to retrieve some forks and napkins took almost five minutes. Everyone else in the place was checked in on, and had their drinks refilled except us. We may as well have been sitting in a black hole. I didn't leave a tip (and I ALWAYS tip), and when I tried to tell the woman at the counter why, she just brushed me off with a ""Sorry,"" and a wave of the hand.\r \r As for the food, it wasn't what it used to be. The dumplings were ok, and they were warm, not hot by the time they got to us. I'm really, really sad. We used to go to this place at least once a week, and I don't plan on going ever again. Pros: The food used to be good, but... Cons: the service is TERRIBLE
