I've been going to Timberline off and on for 4 years now. It is a family atmosphere where all the trainers know your name and make sure to say hi when you come in the door. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable about fitness and are flexible for your fitness needs. I've taken one-on-one training as well as group (2-3 person) training at Timberline and achieved visible results. The equipment is also in excellent shape. I just love it there!
