Review content:
We had received a $100 gift certificate to Lord Chumley's which we were unable to use immediately. When we noticed it had expired (1 year) we called to confirm that they would still honor it. They refused! So basically they pocketed the $100 bucks and said stick it. Needless to say, we will never patronize this restaurant. With this type of customer relations, why would anyone want to?
Ratings note: Since we couldn't use our certificate we couldn't go so we rated Food, Ambience, & Value as 2's. Service and Overall reflect our opinions.
