My husb and I have gone to Genesis for years. Never have we encountered any unprofessional or inappropriate staff members. I can't say enough good things about Genesis. I really appreciate how clean it always is and the new equipment is great. I've always felt very comfortable going there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best gym I've ever been to. I feel like they really care about the members and they always remember my name. I only wish they opened before 5:30 am!
Pros: new equipment, supportive staff, good programs, they track your results
Cons: not open 24 hrs
