Yesterday I had a toenail emergency, when trying to lift up my suitcase I side swiped my toenail which caused 95% of it to lift completely off my nail bed, it was horrible! Im not from this area so I used my insurance website to try to find a Podiatrist. I went down the list and started to feel hopeless because even after explaining my situation. no one cared to fit me in, I was calling at around 3:30pm but all the receptionists said they were ""leaving for the day"" Then I called Dr. Segal's office and was greeted by a super friendly receptionist who I later found out is Dr. Segal's wife! She was the only receptionist who cared about my situation and made arrangements for me to come right in. When I arrived at the office I noticed it is very clean and well decorated. Because my toenail had completely fallen off, I was really nervous and grossed out but Dr. Segal assured me everything would be OK, treated the situation as painlessly as possible, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Having to travel a lot for my husbands job its always really nice and refreshing to find good caring doctors out there a definite 5 stars!!
