My A/C did not work on move in day and broke 5 times after that in the summer time. The A/C is currently broken! Our washing machine frequently leaks and floods our laundry room and bathrooms. Consequently the tiles are all broken. We complained. Are they fixed? No! Our dryer has been broken since move in day until they fixed it last week (August 15 through the first week in March). We did not receive a fire extinguisher until our light fixture started leaking water because they were worried about an electric fire. Our ceiling is now water damaged from the leak. Our garbage disposal was broken and each sink in the apartment has leaked. There are five sinks. Our windows leak. The knob to the front door fell off and it took them two days to fix it. It was pretty dangerous because there are frequent break ins here. Our toilet ran nonstop and our water bill cost about $130. Each of these situations were mentioned to the front desk and maintenance multiple times. The WORST part about this all is that the apartment costs a total of $1,616 a month and, evidently, it is definitely not worth it. I hope you to take this into consideration before signing with this hell hole.
