12/11/11 - We went shopping at the Tanger Mall and PacSun was one of the many stores we visited and purchased items for our daughter. At all of the stores we were welcomed as we entered the store and at most of the stores we were informed of items on sale. We were surprised at how all of the employees had such great attitudes and were so friendly. This made our Christmas shopping experience that much better. The last store we went to was PacSun. We were NOT greeted which was not a problem, just so much different than everywhere else we had been. There was a young girl and boy behind the counter that were laughing and joking with each other. We had to interrupt them to get into a fitting room. They were no help at all. Then they started giving us glaring looks like they wanted us to leave. We were disturbing the fun they were having before we arrived. My daughter is picky so it took her awhile to pick out some items she liked. The longer we stayed, the more glares we received. Then at check out the young girl was just plain rude. We did not feel good about buying anything from that store. We will not be going back there and we will make sure that everyone we know in this town knows how we were treated and warn them of their rude employees. No wonder the store is always empty! They don't want you in there!
