Review content:
This is an overrated salon in the Kirkland area. Trust me when I say you are paying for the view and not the quality of work. Cuts are average to good and color is excellent. However the prices are ridiculous for what you get. No scalp massage, no offer of coffee or tea, no robes, no dressing room, and no other forms of pampering. The salon is a tiny hole in the wall and there is barely any room to move in there. The prices are equivelent to Seven -7- and Obidiah in Bellevue but yet the offerings, surroundings and quality of work is below that of other top salons in the area. I don't know how they can jusify what they are charging. This salon cannot compete with other high end salons unless they make some serious changes. Although the location is convenient for me, I will not be returning.
Pros: Convenient location in Kirkland, nice view
Cons: Overpriced, tiny operation, no receptionist, average work, no pampering
