Review content:
AIM Construction is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought an older home with the intention of renovating it and gave them half of the quote up front. When I bought the house it was ""move in ready"" and most of the repairs were supposed to be more cosmetic aside from tuck-pointing and box gutter repair. I ended up with all of my outlets wired wrong except for 2, one side of the house's outlets and the other half's overhead lighting no longer worked, what was supposed to be tuck-pointing turned out to be that the only caulked what they could reach from the ground, the house was painted once without any prep work or primer, when one area started to peel they put white primer (now one large area of my red house is a pinkish red), they removed a down-spout from a gutter and now i have water damage in a second floor bedroom wall ceiling and floor which continues to the first floor and to basement, my carpet, which was brand new, is now ruined from no drop cloths being used and smoking cigarettes in my home, instead of repairing my both box gutters they only did one side which was not even done correctly (I guess hoping i wouldn't notice the water damage still coming in on the other side of the house) I had a rusted pipe fall apart after being snaked I told that it was ok to shower 3 times i had to replace my entire kitchen ceiling. I asked them to install a tub kit when adding a shower, it was cracked, poorly caulked, and finished off with roofing nails and baseboard trim. When I had to redo it I realized that He had vented my bathtub into the wall and not through the vent stack. If you think this isn't enough of a horror story one of his employees was intoxicated on the job, stole Halloween candy, and apparently couldnt find a bathroom fast enough when he had diarrhea so he just took it upon himself to use one of my bedrooms. After FINALLY getting ahold of the owner, his solution to the problem was that he had an extra square of carpet I could have. To top all that off, he attempted to put a lien against my home. PLEASE do not trust this man he will promise you the world and put you farther in debt to fix his repairs plus the half of the quote he'll take you for then to find a more honorable person to do the work in the first place.
