I would like to thank Chavez and Valko LLP for taking my case and helping/advising me through the inmigration process and adquiring my husband’s residency. Gary Frost and Cielo Pineda were always available to answer our questions and inform/explain what INS required at all times. INS asked us for a hardship letter in order to make a decision on my husband’s case. I thought it was an easy thing to put together and that I would be able to do it myself and save money by not hiring an attorney but I was wrong. Putting a hardship letter/packet together requires more work thank you can imagine. Gary and Cielo informed us of all documentation need; some of which I didn’t even think of including in the packet.\r

There are a lot of options out there; however, I can guarantee you that you will not regret hiring them to work your case as they will get the work done and they are very affordable as well.
