Review content:
I have stayed at many places over the years, and this was definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Some friends of ours got married there, and my boyfriend was the best man. The wedding party rented all the rooms for the night. The bride requested specific bed sizes for each person based on whether or not they had a date with them. We were supposed to have a full bed, but were placed in a very dull/ugly room that seemed like it was for kids with 2 twin beds. When we asked to be switched before anyone else got there, the innkeeper refused telling us it was already assigned (even though it said right on the paper next to our names, FULL) and told us to talk to the bride about it (less than an hour before the wedding).\r

Anyone who is not a registered guest in not allowed ever to go upstairs. She insisted we all had keys and insisted we lock everything, but then never gave us keys (I had to beg the bartender for one later, which he made all of us share). She got mad at the groom when he asked if some of the kids could come up to a room and be supervised, saying she had already told someone about that (neither the bride nor the groom knew about this). \r

They didn't have enough chairs for people, so almost half of the guests had to stand in the wet grass during the ceremony. They rented the place until 9 pm, and the bartenders told everyone the bar closed at 9, and when we went to get a drink at 8:40, they told us the bar was closed. \r

For the price that was paid for our room, not only as it the wrong room, but it was terrible. The shower was tiny and the shower curtain as well as the drapes on the window in the shower were soaked and sucked into the shower, so you were stuck to the curtains the whole time. \r

I do not recommend this place for anything, besides maybe dinner. They seemed to have nice food.
