Businiess name:  Morton's The Steakhouse
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
It's tough to review a chain restaurant and not make comparisons to other locations, but when you step into this strata of establishment it's inevitable. Would I recommend Morton's in general? YES. The menu is a list of classic steakhouse staples and it's virtually assured you will get the same quality no matter where you go. Why (besides the expense account friendly menu) else is this one the most popular eateries for business travelers? Would I recommend the Morton's in Boston? Not quite. The service is fairly inattentive (I found myself filling my own champagne glass), and it took an inordinate amount of time to even have our order taken. If you want to try a Morton's that's well managed, try Chicago, Denver, or Philly (especially). But if you're in Boston, head to Grill 23 instead. Pros: Consistent fare, Elegant dining, Good wine list Cons: Noisy dining room, Slow service, Inattentive staff
