When I first attended The New Metropolitan Baptist Church 6 years ago, I attended 2 or 3 times and enjoyed myself. However I did miss a Sunday or 2. Upon returning the Pastor, Rev. Dr. Richard Dickens, walked right up to me and said ""Alex! Where have you been! We Missed You!"" I was blown away! He missed me! He knew me by Name! Today, I am rooted and grounded in ""The Church that Matters"". I am so enthused by the Warmth and Friendliness that is so pervasive in my church. From the time you arrive at the door until the time you get in your car or catch the bus you will feel ""Your In The Right Place, At The Right Time"".
