Review content:
After having a membership for over a year we decided to cancel. They do a horrible job drying off the car and basic inside cleaning. After canceling our membership, we had a pending charge from them trying to pull our monthly dues out. I contacted Green Planet by phone and never received a phone call back so I emailed. I emailed them the attached document of us canceling the membership along with the time stamp of when it was sent. They stated they never received it and must have gone to their “junk” email. They said they would cancel the pending charge. They told me before they have changed management however; this management is just as bad as before. Until they can do a better job we are taking our business elsewhere.
