I have been to 3 different personaltrainers in the past 2 years and had very bad experiences with all of them be it trainer not showing up on time, trainer not knowing whtat they are doing, their attention is on everything but me or the place is nasty. I have now been at Buford Sports and Fitness for over a year now and can say I have found a home!!! Very customer oriented, always clean, and most importantly, working with Henderson I have lost 35 lbs. Very low pressure sale. Love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
