As a martial artist since the early 70's I can tell you that Alfred Magnan and Magnan Martial Arts are on top of their food chain. Magnan is a certified American Kenpo, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor. He is also a former school teacher. He teaches great adult reality based self defense and fitness classes. In his kids martial arts life skill classes he not only teaches children respect and discipline but the tools they'll need to become successful adults.
I highly recommend Magnan Martial Arts.
