Worst experience from Shannon I have ever had. I HAD hair down to where I could almost sit on it and wanted it up to the middle of my bra strap and now after she had to even it up I can't put it up in a pony tail without it sticking out the back. and if I heard one more time I promise it will look nice, I was going to be sick. I also asked for chunky blonde highlights and she insisted that I have a few in the back but only ended up with three true blonde highlights and the rest are all shades of brown. She wanted to do it again but did she really think I was going to let her touch it again. NO WAY. I wouldn't send my worst enemies poodle there. Very overpriced and under educated hair dresser. Ruined and Broke.
