Review content:
The worst customer service. once you buy a car and they have their money their level of service reflects that. they never mailed my title and when i called 5 times on Friday i had no one call back. i couldn't leave a message with my salesmen because this place doesn't have a voice mail set up for him! is this 1980? they have no way to leave a message for anyone when they are closed. its called an answering machine. when i called the next day the manager said that they do have my title but didn't send it out and did not give a reason other than Quote word for word!: ""dude...its cash for clunkers man...Franklin county is backed up..."" that's fine if they are backed up. I get that. but my title was there and had been there. they just didn't care to mail it out and now i have to drive illegally to go pick it up. I Love my car but if i could take it back and buy from any other dealership in the city i would.
Cons: fit stereotypical car dealership
