I've been going here for years and always asked for Mr. McCash because he provided me with the best service, I mean I had little problems back then with the sizes about a half inch bigger than my order size, which u cant return as per the ladies at the counter, but ever since Mr. McCash disappeared the quality has drastically plummeted. I placed an order for 5 custom size windows last month and I got them back relatively fast the guy bought them up and the shorter of the two ladies checked them all was well till I got home. Three of the windows were missing the small insulation foam, and one of the windows had a very big scratch on the top glass. Would I recommend this window company, no as for getting it replaced, its a bigger hassle to get anywhere with them than it is to take a loss for the cost of installing them.
