I bought 6 windows from this company about 6 years ago. I'm not a professional, but I knew these windows were cheap ever since they were installed. I had a problem with the 'balancer' in one of the windows right away. They did come out to fix it, but it just ended up messing up again. Also, there's yellow glue that can be seen in ALL of the joints, and the window quality just seems flimsy (perfect for a rental NOT YOUR HOME). I couldn't have the windows replaced because I bought them awhile ago so the company claims that they will come out and fix the PROBLEMS. They left a message and by the time I called them back, I was told that the repair guy was going to come out that day, but he can't now. I asked, ""Well, can you give me notice so that I can be available?"" They said they would and I haven't heard from them since. This was probably two months ago.\r

I will NEVER buy windows from this place again, nor will I reccommend them to anyone!!
