Brought my Dell 4400 computer in Jan 23rd because it wouldn't turn\r
on. Paid for the estimate and 20 Minutes later got a call from Joe the\r
owner. He said there was no problem with the computer and advised\r
me to check my connections. To my surprise the breaker button\r
popped on my surge protector outlet under my computer desk. I\r
pushed it back and YES it was the problem. I look at it this way.This\r
repair shop could have lied and made up a problem or told me\r
anything but they didn't. They told me the truth.I am taking the time to\r
write this because of the honesty and super fast response. OH\r
YEAH! He refunded my $40.00 Estimate charge (I made him take\r
$10 for lunch) Recommend Payless to all in need of computer repairs\r
