Save yourself years of agony and head aches and use ANY other builder than Cugini. My experience has terrible just like everyone else on this board. Completely unresponsive, unaccountable and incredibly unprofessional!. My condo was close to 400,000 and 3 years later still has plumbing issues AND engineering issues that result in me not being able to sell it - EVER!. DONT USE THIS BUILDER NO MATTER WHAT PAUL SAYS. HE IS A COWARD AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PERSON.
