Review content:
Purchased a new home through Cugini and Cappocia Builders INC. They were unprofessional and blatantly dishonest from the start. Never met any deadlines and didnt finish our home on time. We had no choice but to buy it as is since we had already sold ours. They continue to make promises and never deliver. When caught in blatant lies they pass the buck to contractors or quickly shift blame. They are extremeley rude to the point of personal attacks when they are challenged. They will not return calls and they completely ignore requests to remedy punch list items. I think they are struggling financially and looking to cut corners where ever they can. Once they get your signature on the dotted line they will never devote any financial resources or man hours to your home again. Would never do business with them again.
