Morgan does color like no one else. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. Kim also does an excellent job with cuts. They use great products, obviously keep up with training, and really listen to what their customers want. The only suggestion I would offer them is to find a balance between friendliness and unprofessionalism. At times there's a lot of gossiping going on, cell phone conversations, and waiting around while they are having personal discussions. I think some of that relaxed atmosphere is okay, but a little less of the personal stuff and keeping customers waiting might make for a perfect visit. In general, they are the very best when it comes to hair styling!
