We've been living in a Tiner home in Folsom for over 2 years now and have had a fantastic experience with the company. Great house, fair price, and they have been very attentitive to the little things that come up with a 20 year old house. They haven't expected us to do any repairs or fix-ups on our own, and all the handymen they've sent to the house have been very well selected and trustworthy. We have become accustomed over the years to fair and attentive landlords, people who see tenants as clients, not just cashflow. That is the feeling we have gotten from Tiner Property Management. Excellent company, great people, and a great experience 2 years running.
Pros: Great properties, caring staff, fair price, prompt service
