I lived in a Tiner rental home from 2009-2010, and I was pleasantly surprised with their service. While the owner would only repair some items the management was always friendly, respectful, and responsive. I find it rare to be treated with such fairness and integrity. Thank you for providing me with that type of service. I always felt that you were representing both the owner and the tenant and that is something I have not experienced in years. I have been in the apartment management industry for years, and I know how customers can be treated. You give me hope that people can and do know what is right and how to treat each other. \r
