On Saturday, August 2, my hubby and I decided to eat out for breakfast. This is a rare treat so we really want our experiene to be pleasant. We were greeted with a smile and escorted to our table. Fillepe was our waiter and we inadvertantly gave him a run for his money, asking for more this and more that when the food had arrived. He not only gave us what we asked for, but we barely had to wait for it. He kept our coffee mugs full of fresh hot coffee, our cream never ran out (this is rare for us), he was always pleasant and the food was excellent. Prices are quite reasonable also. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. At other restaraunts, our bad experiences have included reprimanding the waitress in front of us, all of our food (ie: toast) never arriving, a long time to get another cup of coffee, waitress in bad mood, etc. I believe the excellent wait staff all begins with excellent hiring and training along with excellent management.. I loved our experience and we'll be back. Kudos to the manager!!!!
Pros: wait staff was quick, efficient, organized, always had fresh coffee, waiter listened to needs
Cons: I couldn't take the waiter home with me.
