Review content:
This is the only place I have ever heard of that does not complete your tax return while you wait. They did not disclose until the end of my appointment that there was a $50 retainer fee and the filing would not be completed the same day. When I came back to pick up my return there was no one to go through the return with me and answer my questions. When I asked to have the office manager call me, she did not. The filing itself was fine, but I won't go back due to the bad customer service.
