When they say ""NO ONE WORKS HARDER FOR YOUR FAMILY"" they are not exaggerating! Our nephew was arrested in California and we are thousands of miles away. We turned to the internet feeling lost. We read the reviews on Excalibur and phoned them for information. We were helped and lead through the process by a member of their staff with the greatest of ease and caring. He went above and beyond for our nephew and ourselves. He told us that whenever our nephew was released he would go back and drive him home. That was such a weight off of us to know that all was being taken care of even without us being there in person. We are so very much appreciative to this person and the quality of help from Excalibur! We would highly recommend this company to anyone without reservations!! We thank you for making this awful experience much easier to bear!!!!!
