Excellent customer service
I watched ""The Help"" on 8/11/11 (great movie, by the way) for the 12:45 show and upon leaving accidentally left my ipod on my seat. I didn't discover the loss until late that night and was unable to call the theater. However, I called the above number at 9:30 the next morning and the phone was answered promptly and courteously. The person answering asked for a description of my ipod and then checked lost and found. Within a minute she came back on the line to tell me that my ipod was safely in lost and found. She took my name so that I could pick up the ipod at my earliest convenience. My husband was able to successfully retrieve my ipod later that same day.
Kudos to the staff cleaning the theater for turning in this valuable item! (And I know it was the staff turning in because there were very few people at this showing and no one was sitting near me.)
Neshaminy is one of my favorite theaters and I will certainly visit it again.
