This business is completely inept. The original quote was doubled, the agreed upon date of pick was as Brett said, ""someone crossed it out "" Brett said he would look into it and return the all. They showed up 2 days later which caused stress as the apartment was to be vacant for the next renter. When the items showed up in our state the contract we signed at pick up was whited out and a new balance written in. The movers said they couldn't unload until they heard from STI. calls were made to Bret, Steve and the general number. All were on voice mails as it was a Sunday. We called the dispatch number given in the message and never received a call. Emails were sent to each of the afore mentioned and the only response was a canned text from Steve saying he was out of the office until Monday. It is now Monday afternoon and still no return call, email .\r

Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.
