Unlike the other reviewers here, I had such a great customer service experience here that I had to write about it. We dined late on a Saturday night and sat in the bar area. After we told our server that we had never been to a Don Pablo's before, she lit up! She asked us about our tastes, then began suggesting a variety of menu items in great detail. After we ordered, she brought us a complimentary ""dip sampler"" that we enjoyed so much, we were ultimately too full to eat more than a few bites of our food. We both felt that the red sauce on the burritos tasted too heavily of tequila, but overall the food was excellent. We had a leisurely meal and a couple of beers, during which time our server stopped by several times to check up and chat with us. I can't recall the last time I had such great service at a chain restaurant!
