Review content:
I have been going to this office since I was a child. I never had an issue with them until I had my own child. When he was a baby he had a few minor issues and when I would call and leave a message I would not receive a call back. When I would call again they said oh we called in a prescription, or oh he needs to come in and be seen, didn't anyone call you? It seems like they don't communicate well there. The final straw that made me leave the practice was my sons 9 month check. He was due for his Heb B shot and they gave him a Hib shot instead. I didn't realize the error until I got home because I was more concerned about comforting him. When I called they told me its not a big deal, even though he got very sick afterward, and not to worry about it, he'll be fine.... I understand mistakes happen but when you inject something into an infant that your not supposed to I expect them to be kissing my butt and telling me how sorry they are. They wouldn't even let me talk to the doctor that was in the office that day because he wasn't our regular doctor. Don't allow them to care for your babies!
