I have been messing with this business for the last 4 months. They were going to replace my crime stopper remote for my car & after 4 attempts (each time waiting over an hour in their dirty lobby) I was sent away with no remote. After 4 visits I finally decided to give up &\r
they have still yet to give me my old remote back(2 months & still waiting). The lady in the office said she would just mail it to me after she insulted me. This office staff is unprofessional, the waiting room was filthy & had a stinky dog in the office that would just come right up on the couch in the waiting room & sit on you.Save yourself some time & money & go to the city for your electronic needs.This business is a joke!\r
