Review content:
I have been visiting Dr. Maul's office for about 5 years and have decided that I will never go back. The waits are extremely long...often as long as 3 hours. It would be better to go to the emergency room than to put up with this poor customer service. One Dr. at the practice, Dr. Herrera, did not even listen to my complaints and I felt like he wrote several unneccessary prescriptions for both my husband and I . I have no faith in the staff or the the Dr.s there. I have never seen Dr. Maul in person. I do not even know if he exists. The whole scene feels like a low budget film. I was in a bind with a prescription given by Dr. Herrera that had adverse side effects and I needed a new Rx. It took me 9 phone calls over a period of 6 hours to finally get a nurse and some resolution to the issue.
Pros: in Rowlett
Cons: poor customer service, long wait, no faith in the staff
